System File Checker (SFC) is another command line program like DISM that you can use to detect and repair damaged system files. Follow these steps to start an SFC scan:

  1. In the Start menu search box, open a command prompt with elevated privileges by right-clicking Command Prompt and selecting Run as Administrator.
  2. Then run the following command:
    sfc / scannow.

Restart the computer when the scan is completed. After restarting, the program will find and repair all damaged system files. Check if your DISM problem is solved.
